Something came & SHOOK ME AWAKE!

The night before last I had finally just fallen asleep, only to be suddenly awakened by a very disturbing SHAKING over my entire body.
Then it happened again this morning.
These are the only 2 times this has ever happened.
What is going on?

That is probably because of energy you are not use to. If you were with a demon or did some type of meditation then that's probably it. It must of happened since you are adjusting to the energy. Don't worry it happened to me too today. I hope this helps. Remember if something does not feel right stop just in case for safety reasons.

Try not to worry abut this. If you meditate, this is more than likely your soul, your bioelectricity. I remember many years ago, when I was an atheist and I was reading a book about the chakras. Being an atheist, I didn’t take it too serious, though I was well aware of the energy field I could feel after doing hatha yoga. Anyways, it was late at night and I was reading this book and the book then instructed to “look at each one of your chakras.” I got a major electrical shock that nearly knocked me off of the sofa. Then, I began to take it real seriously.
 
Each of us is at an individual level regarding our spiritual powers and advancement. However much you worked on your soul in your past lives stays with you in this life and in your future lives, if you reincarnate. What you are describing is a manifestation of your bioelectricity. This does indicate that you have successfully activated it, more than likely in one or more of your past lives. Nothing to worry about. I have learned over the years it is best to just go with the flow… relax.

Thank you all for the responses, I finally just now got them and saw them.  I see you all responded many hours ago.  Am very surprised to see from HP Maxine herself too.  I don't know why it takes me so long to get notified.  I will send what more I have to say as soon as possible, probably tomorrow.  Right now I've got to finally try and get some more sleep, since I awoke at 5:25 am this morning I got very little last night.
