Something about spinning chakras might help

I normally have issues spinning my chakras its something that i have much trouble with, rather had trouble with i found something that works for me and im writing this in case theres someone else with this issue and it might help them. Imagine your chakra and try to spin it if it doesn't work aka doesnt spin or feels slow ever spin a wheel manually with your hand? same principle try spinning the chakra with your hand and no i dont mean physically just the principle of it "feel" like you're spinning your chakra like that.
