Some Thoughts on the new Updates

As should be reasonable and as many likely also feel, I always meet new updates within our Temple with great excitement.
Whether it be new practices within our repertoire, meeting face to face with a new God in Ritual, new material to study, or clarification in doctrine that brings us higher understanding, it is always a treat and ToZ has never had an update or new addition I disliked.

The developments, clarifications and new content in this recent batch of days has been large enough that I wanted to make this post as a discussion post where I go into what my thoughts are on what we received, and what aspects I enjoy most.
I have, in the past, encouraged the sharing of testimonials on the Forums. They make the community more lively, as we discuss Divine material that is worth discussing, and encourage members to engage with the material and practices. Consider this a testimonial of the updates themselves.

On the new Liturgical Terms, I have few words and I believe plenty was said already. They clarify on a deep level what we are in our essence, and the essence of what we oppose, while also making it clear beyond doubt that we oppose a "what", not a "who".
For those who have not yet studied the pages, do so, they are fabulous. For those who have not performed the prayers, they should perform them. They are of immense power, chants of Divine structure that invoke theonyms of the Gods, magical terminology that the world has not seen in ages, and employ techniques of which I can't speak of in public. These should go without saying for anyone who has performed them, especially as part of a group Ritual on our Chat Platform. However, I am certain many Zevists, hopefully some reading this, haven't performed them. Chant the ten prayers against Yehubor in succession, and chant the ten prayers of Maat in succession. It will have instant, perspective shifting effects.

On the Major Site Updates, I have never seen so much high quality material poured in for our community all at once. I haven't studied it enough to do it justice, as I am still re-reading and passionately researching and pondering the new material.
I and many brothers and sisters have worked as many know in bringing our message to the masses in the most proper way, and presenting who we are within the best light we could. But I speak at least for myself when I say that the Origins, Purpose and Statement Decree clarify our identity in ways that I could not have so succinctly put, and I am giving these additional daily study in order to transmit this ethos within my Activism approach.
The timeline that was given adds new light and proper dissemination of our eternal qualities and of the Zevist spirit, that of Mankind's original religion, which has been reflected in unique ways throughout history. It also adds to the Temple's eternal nature in ways that go beyond "mainstream history", while not entering the realms of conspiracy gossip which lead many to rushed conclusions.
Many useful tidbits and small updates will go unspoken of, in part to encourage members here to peruse. However, the Doctrines can't go unnoticed. To be blunt, these have given us homework for a very long time. As someone who extensively reads ancient works, to both expand my perspective of Zevism and to seek answers to personal quandaries with the aid of my Guardian Daemon, it is a delight to have a compendium of works that we can assert to be of Divine inspiration. I myself have read only a few of these, and want to embark further on making sure I have read and deeply studied each one. I know I am not alone in this.

On the God Rituals, I was baffled to wake up to seeing twelve of them, and pleasantly surprised by the new site (flawlessly made and a massive aesthetic and practical improvement, my props to SG BlackOnyx for making this possible). I have only performed the Ritual of Artemis, obviously, as instructed.
These Rituals are of a brand new magnitude, and they directly relate both to the new Liturgical developments, and to core powers that will shape both our identity and spiritual advancement (this goes without saying) as well as the identity and spiritual advancement of the Temple.
I will say something here that should be obvious to those who have looked a bit into studying these Rituals, as I did out of curiosity. Some, if not many, of these identities, we are seeing now be revealed as separate beings. Ningishzida was stated in the past, to be an identity of our beloved Thoth. Belial is a very interesting case of Yehuboric distortion which is now reversed and reveals to us the unique identity of Mitra/Shamash. Artemis, and many others, are in a similar position. Why am I pointing this out?
My theory, to be taken with a pinch of salt, is that these developments in syncretic identities are here to both mark and reward an evolution for Temple of Zeus. The Gods reveal knowledge as we become worthy of it, and this is yet another case.
The form these Rituals are in is also very interesting. Runic Triads and Theonyms are united here, similarly to many other God Rituals, and there are now names and titles for each Triad and set of declared affirmations. The titles are a new addition to these Rituals, and at least in my experience of the one I have performed, add to the power and clarity.

What I can generally say, is that I am very happy and excited, and have plenty of productive work on my plate. I know many are as well.
I invite thoughts and discussions on these major updates, and most of all, I invite studying and engaging with them.
