Some RTR questions

How long do we vibrate each word? Our we to say outloud, or in our head? If outloud, does the pitch or how loudly you vibrate the word make the ritual more effective? Also, if we have thoughts about other things going in our head, does this affect the ritual? I want to make the rituals as effective as possible

Just vibrate them however you feel comfortable. The pitch, or loudness doesn't change anything, also how long you vibrate them is up to how they are supposed to be pronounced with the mp3 included.
