Firstly, with the changing information available, is it still possible for a person to become completely immortal and reach god-like status over time or will each of us become part of a larger entity? If the answer is yes, I know this is personal, but how long does this take on average? Finally, what can a person do with their power when they become a god or a very powerful spirit?

Immortality is probably one of the highest Mysteries, it cannot be explained easily.

This question should not interfere in your mind, you should prioritize other thoughts.

If you look at ants from your POV we probably look even more primitive and unconscious than them to Gods.

Really it depends I would say thousands of lifes but it doesnt really matter what matters is what do You do right now.
