This group is absolutely amazing, It is exactly what I expected and yet more.

I notice a few things that Centralforce discussed with other SS regarding symptoms I may have and others.

Lets start with more obvious ones.  I have a very fluctuating diet, and the same goes for my water intake though generally I feel to drink water often and because of that naturally I urinate as such.  But sometimes I get unnaturally sweaty and or clammy and uncomfortably hot, waking up early just to urinate.

My sleeping patterns are also unstable but I want to try getting up with the Sun like I used to for highschool only with an early bed time to match.

But some days I just feel "dried out" in an odd fog if I get up at early hours.  Ive noted my elevated stress levels and my impulsive irritability, especially with sounds and heat.  I normally have a balanced desire for hot and cold weather but its like I just get more irritable in humid hot air.  My mother has bad sinuses but Im unsure if its her smoking and age worsening that.  I have typically average but sometimes troublesome ears and throat related aches.  Eyes and mouth can have thick films sometimes and Im not sure if thats a good thing for moisture or a sign of imbalance.  Tinnitus, yes, pretty much always had faint ringing in quiet rooms long after removing the noise stimuli.  Speaking of Tinnitus, another thing relating to Saturn, my joints.  Im only 22 years old, but my mother swears I have the most popping joints than anyone she paid mind to in her family.  Im supposed to have "bad feet" based on my Saturn placement, but to be honest I rarely ever had a complaint about my feet per se, despite having cracking big toes since childhood.  However nowadays I do feel like the shins and knees can get irritated without warming up or overdoing it.  My pelvis crests can pop if I sit too long, my back and neck I always crack, wrists, ankles knees, etc.  My elbows actually have this genetic deformity that makes the medial tension rub over the bone and pop so many exercises are debilitating if I use my elbows too vigorously despite the weightlifting Ive gotten used to.  Im not tall, Im 5'6 and pretty dense muscle and fat, but I can fluctuate my weight vastly depending on my mood.  I know this is dangerous to say, but my Saturn is in Pisces.  And that is in my 6th or 7th house (uncertain birth time but more likely my 6th).  As for my moods and sense of security, Moon is in gemeni.  I have Mars in my first and my main ruler is likely Venus but could be Mercury.

I try to stay hydrated and despite cold water seeming like the obvious option I decided its not very soothing or balanced so I drink room temperature water.  My water is chlorinated and yes Im well aware of the obvious threat of cancer and dermatological disorders with such, as I already have the irritated scaly skin and dried hair and eyes because of it.  Recently we got a filter and it works with no odor or taste of chlorine yet I still wake up hot the next morning (having to urinate wakes the body up and heats it?).  Im wondering if warm clean* water is a temporarily better option to drink for getting the mornings and metabolism started.

Also, for the last 5+ years, and ever increasing in frequency, urination is mildly to moderately painful if I don't have enough actual urine and or if I get tense like Im expecting to be rushed or my posture is tense it can feel like the inner back part of my shaft (Im a male obviously) is being pinched by finger nails or something.  I highly doubt its a bladder infection as its an on and off occurrence I control with some* success to relax totally, but that doesnt help if Im not hydrated enough.

My tongue has had the mild white film basically most mornings and for years* Ive had a tongue that had cracks on the sides which look like I tried to bite my damn tongue off.

My Dental health is not the worst, surprisingly though teeth are crowded and Ill be getting my wisdom teeth removed as they are the only real problems of my mouth due to extreme crowing, and improper growth and or impacting.

The teeth for years seemed to be transparent and yellowish white despite recent frequent brushing.  I try to use Tom's non fluoride toothpaste but I was given anti bacterial mouthwash which I also used Crest whitening fluoride rinse (I know my bad I was desperate to get my wisdoms to stop hurting).

I stopped exercising like I was so into (lifting weights, body weight exercises and a lot of jogging) to basically nothing.  A weird transit of Uranus to my Mars upset that balanced and many annoying pains an insecurity in my willpower fluctuated.  For about half a year I was lazy, then started suddenly to lift weights again.  But i noticed my muscles, especially biceps and chest had this quirk where Id flex them suddenly and they would feel like they weren't done contracting after I already let up.  That came to pass as I got more active recently.

Sex drive and sense of passion for many things didnt disappear but are pretty much decimated to nearly chore level entertainment.  Im ambitious yet very negligent on consistency due to my spontaneous nature coupled with these alternating moods.  Some days I feel like a schizoid personality disorder, others I feel manic depressive, and some Im content and clear.

The final issue, another thing lasting years now.  This happens on some days when Im trying to jog or really move my torso about, and most days not even having to be active but just laying down on my back deep breathing or stretching my torso a certain way.  I bet its related to my liver or some sort but Im not sure.  When I lay on my back especially and try to deep breath, I feel interrupted by this dull to moderate knobby ache on the right upper mid ribs in the solar plexus area.  It can be felt if I press really deep into my solar plexus area as well.

Sorry to make such a tedious post but I want to take the time to sort this out.  Ideally when I get a blood test this will all be sorted out hormonally, but we don't have insurance yet, and Im getting the feeling thats a blessing in disguise to begin the path of self healing.

Perhaps eating so many different things have an effect on your mood. And I mean, heating food, cooling food, in those terms.

Also, what I can tell you about the water is that water that has a lot of salt in it draws in the extra fluid. Salts attrackt fluid (water). Since youve removed some of these from your intake that might increase or perhaps ease needing to go to the toilet.

Saturn in pisces, it says feet, but I think all problems that can somehow be related to the feet fall under this as well. That can mean knees and ankles too by the way (to name something) And perhaps looking what zodiac would be on your 6th house cusp helps clear up any other questions. And other planets placements need to be taken into consideration as well, some do have health stuff related. (as well as degrees)
... Wow now I dont sound like a total astro noob for once.

I can take a wild guess at what youve said, but I am not licensed in that area of centralforce and so far its mostly been self study for me. Also to understand because having clashes with fellow SS about health is kinda pointless if you ask me.

I would be interested to see what you have to guess Taol, it is unlikely we will clash if you are wrong, ideally I would like to just gently point you in the right direction, to aid your self study.

The symptom picture is all but complete in what has been described and I would like to ask some further questions.

Do you get diarrhea, constipation? Some combination of both?

Do you ever have the feeling of altered sensation of numbness in the limbs?

When you say your skin is dry and irritated, which areas of the body and does it get red and itchy or pustulent or otherwise?

Do you ever get the feeling of incomplete evacuation of the bowels after using the toilet (tenesmus)?

Diarrhea is not very common unless I know I ate bad or greasy incomplete foods or a lot of softer foods and water.

However, just like the peeing pain at the inner back end of my shaft on days Im tense or in a rush or dehydrated, so too can I defecate but it feels like there is some internal pinch going on but that is less often than the peeing occurrence.

I do get that (tenesmus) feeling almost half the time again I often assume its from incomplete balance in hydration as water soothes the lower GI tract.

I also bought one of those squatty potty (lol) things as I know its unnatural to sit all slanted and clamped like the western toilet is designed, but sometimes that doesnt always help me go.

No major constipation but I know faint discomfort can be a thing often with looming sense of not defecating all the way.

I dont strain when I go but it still does that pinching feeling in the rectal area sometimes.  Altered sensation of numbness in the limbs?

No, but I know for a fat my circulation is not optimal likely as a trait inherited from my mothers side.

She has water retainment problems in her one ankle and salt makes them really flare out even the foot.

I get odd pains on my calves frequently only in a couple of areas, like my right inner calve about midway down in the crevice between the inner gastrocnemius and soleus.

BTW I should have added two things, one again adding to my eyes and throat, Im sure my jaw and temples often interconnect with pains, and I have painless jaw popping I can repetitively crack like my big toes on my feet.

The second is I never had any kind of arthritis but the last year or so I must have injured my left thumb because for a few months it was tender and not as flexible on the extensor side, yet now its painless unless I try to force it to extend back too far, plenty usable for heavy loads just not set straight.

Skin is mostly irritated on the frontal facial hair areas, mostly on the sides of my nose, scalp, and bottom back around the ears.  the rest of my body seems immune to the chlorine effects as far as scalliness goes.  The stuff can be scratched and it will feel like a rug burn where plasma leaks so then I have to leave it alone.

Edit: Ears and throat, not eyes although recent years have had eye aches too here and there. My moms side of the family, especially the females have history of diabetes, one of my male cousins has type 1 I believe and was balding at a very young age like some cancer patient at a point. I doubt I have diabetes but my mother may have early stages of it.

I began initially trying to do that gallon of water a day for a month challenge which everyone said made them feel great.

But I know this is relative to ones body weight.

As I said my weight fluctuates but when I was drinking the half to a full gallon of water a day, I was in the high 170s to mid 180s at my 5'6 stature.

Bmi based on this electric scake estimated at high 20s and fat percentage not sure.

At the moment Im in the mid to high 190s but was just over 200 a few weeks back (trying to get back into shape and portion my meals).

Also, only in this recent year Ive been accumulating a nasty habit.

Chiefly I keep buying those damn salt loaded pepperage farm goldfish crackers in massive boxes and I eat them way more than a person should.

I remember reading on a medical study website that salt itself is easily processed by the kidneys and that its not the main factor of blood pressure or kidney issues but I still believe the volume of water retainment through that much salt is unhealthy.

Typically I eat like a quarter to half a pound of those damn things until my mouth hurts.

Water is not overly paid mind to but I think I naturally urge for hydration in the assumption itll fix things and with my current weight and my climate (Florida) I typically drink almost a gallon on most days but some days I dont drink this much and I feel the imbalance, especially if I move about. I was originally from northern states with proper winters and four seasons but now Im used to this heavy humidity and warmth maybe 7/10ths of the year.

I was at my lowest weight for pretty much my entire late adolescent young adult life a few years back at 158 when I jogged a lot and ditched weights for a while.

I heard that jogging for miles all the time can take its toll on the immune system.

Nowadays I just walk. I dont feel particularly exhausted but Im far from what I was when I was jogging.

Even back then I still had that knobby ache in the right rib area as though I was hetting the wind tapped out of me and couldnt deep breath laying down without that manifesting.

I eat eggs and dairy often also, and yes often sweet cereals or milk sweeteners are things that probably enhance the problem. Salt and sugar make a destructive blend.

We have been trying to get into eating salads but thats not too concistent with any changes in my feelings of well being, just some fiber as far as Im concerned.

For who are you asking specificly actually? Is it just you, or your mom as well?

People might be eating roughly the same things but not every body reacts the same. As for me I have a tendency to get cold hands and feet easily but my brother is nearly always burning up. So he wears summer stuff in winter time sometimes.

Actually its up to centralforce to make a decision on this though so dont mind me.

Actually Taol, you bring an interesting point.

My Gemini Moon means my anxieties or invigorations have a high impact on my psychosomatic health.

I can get cold hands and feet when Im in a mini panic like when I used to play hard video games near and end level, or tying to some asshole online who is trying to get my goat, or general nervousness and sadness.

This last example might explain a lot about my nerves and or circulation.

When I really get angry or my adrenaline goes or my breathing exercises in the past were too exceeding, my feet gently buzz like they are waking back up from needles and pins, but my entire fore arms and hands to the tips go into a raging flare like I charged them with static electricity, which is not quite painful but uncomfortable for sure.

Im the type of guy who is well aware of feet and hand reflexology, so when its a cold season I can go outside shirtless if my feet are well insulated and warm ignoring most of the cold air effects, and that goes even for my hands.

Its like if my hands and feet are insulated from a cold climate I feel invigorated by the cold instead.

Though in the last couple of years, even prompting me to look up indian or vedic descriptions of what is called "phantom heat" I have had general sensitivity to heat, perhaps because I was lazy and in the AC but I shouldnt just be hot per se doing nothing in an ac environment. Although to be fair theyd shut it off until it was 78 degrees most of that lazy period.

Im mentioning my mother only for reference. She is half my blood and my biological father is a no for questions as he is a pathological liar.

I make my own meals and unfortunately am unemployed due to my own myriad of vascillating (indecisive and swaying desires) attempts to put ground into a job due to feelings of anxiety or inadequacy to do the jobs right off the bat. I had one job that stuck then we moved and the place laid me off for being seasonal but I actually did the job well. After that it was odd jobs on and off a few times. I really am unsure if my Base is at a low because of transits or my Saturn placement which is known as the sacrificial worker same having a Cap Neptune. As well as it representing the "whats the point" FEELING* which thoughts and ideas get washed away from.

Again, sorry for you two having to read my elongated whining, Im actually a very experienced SS but have bad lows with decision rooting and faith so I fluctuate in my self sufficiency going from on top to I suddenly dont give a shit. It always happens and began mostly after age 18 where I was too tired for highschool and a job despite having a Martian first house and even quit highschool for keeping the job.

Ultimately your problem is damp accumulation, and this is evident in your lifestyle choices (a gallon of water a day is too much) and your body weight.

Salt is yin and encourages yin accumulation and this is damp.

Damp has the potential to turn to phlegm and the complications of phlegm are numerous and include the deadly chronic diseases of the heart, liver and malignancy.

It is best you deal with the problem in a most determined and resolute fashion as damp is difficult to move due to its sticky nature.. Ie this will take some time.

To what degree the damp is accompanied by heat or cold at this point is indeterminate and this information would be necessary to elucidate the exact herbal remedy which might assist you in moving the damp.

Obviously 1/2 a pound of salt crackers in a sitting has to go as does a gallon of water.

I think your association with huge amounts of water and 'intestinal hydration balance' is predominantly in your mind, except to the extent that you are moistening the damp therein to prevent it irritating the lumen wall but contributing to the damp at the same time.

The damp is also fogging your mind and bringing with it a whole array of cognitive impairments and emotional disturbances.

It is also contributing to poor circulation and is likely to be increasing your risk of developing diabetes.

You need to start listening to your body... Eating until your mouth hurts indicates that you are not doing this.. Since your mouth and oral cavity is an extension of your stomach organ, this pain is evidence that your stomach is suffering from what you are putting in.

The way forward, other than the obvious health choices you need to make, is to add sweet nourishing foods like sweet potato, squash, soft cooked pumpkin and congee to your diet, along with natural diuretic foods such as corn.

Instead of consuming pork, eat lamb with rosemary and thyme.

Bitter melons and similar bitter vegetables go a long way to pushing dampness out but do not overdo.

Find a place for cumin, coriander and fennel seeds in your meals (hint, curried foods contain these, but leave out the coconut cream and ghee).

Avoid large meals and chew your food thoroughly.

Get some regular daily exercise, not enough to wear you out but a 30 minute brisk walk should be sufficient. Double it if doing it every second day.

Look into and research the following plants:

- Poria Cocos
- black Atractylodes (not white ones)
- Trisocathes fruit (not root)
- Balloon Flower Root
- Pinellia Ternata
- Bitter Orange Fruit (whole)
- Glehnia Root
- Alismata
- Gardenia Jasminoidis
- Plantago Seed

Note none of the above should be taken on their own, in particular Bitter Orange, Gardenia and Plantago Seed however some research will do you good and you can return here to ask questions as you go.

It seems people are pushed too far, and that basicly every person you meet has a chance of draining you doesnt help either.
As for me, I went to a secundary school (7-11th grade) with roughly 3000 people on it. Thats just way too busy for me. For about anyone I bet. I guess you can understand I didnt want to see anyone for a while lol.

Dont get discouraged. Getting your life on track is no easy task.

Also centralforce, I can not really study regurlarly at the moment because I have a lot of things that take my time at the moment, but will read some here and there.
And thanks :) .

I have to add something embarrassing but necessary.

https://www.chinesemedicineliving.com/a ... ur-health/

Yea, when I get too bored, it is implied why I supplied the link.

What is your opinion on it Centralforce?

I remember a post by one of the clergy referring to wasting the orgasmic energy on random nothingness.

I actually built a good habit of directing and breathing the energy up my spine to the crown and through out my aura for many months, but lately I don't even do that.

I go a few days to a week typically refraining without much effort but then suddenly do it excessively.

To me excessive is like three or more times within an hours range.

Despite being a young adult without the fresh hormones of an adolescent, I seem to crave it more for intensity but don't feel that deep connective bliss (some phenomena I felt in my core when I was young but despite my sensitivity these days I can't quite register that same fluttery deep feeling).

Also, I will mention the kind of meals common to our house.

Pasta, the typical white flour kind, the red meat sauces, and the white alfredo sauces, hamburg is a common thing, we try to have lean hamburge but not always.

Chicken, which is often mixed with pasta or salad.

I love eating tuna, the star kist brand.

Bread is often generic white types, and eggs and toast are practically my every other day breakfast, but lately Im wondering if oatmeal would be a better alternative.

The most common things ten to be pasta, carbs in general, hamburg, chicken, sometimes pork but not too often, roasts on occasion too.

I actually dont eat enough fruit or vegetables recently, and I was eating a lot of bananas for before that recently paused.

I also noticed that going to the gym months ago before my half year long pause my VO2 max must have declined because heavy lifting would make be get head rushes and queasy if prolonged, and I think fruits were a bad option for breakfast on those days as they just made it all the more to bear.

Oatmeal is always a good option.

It is used for sensitive skin as a wash and in creams etc

If it is good for the skin, so too it can benefit the flesh of the stomach.

Almost everything else mentioned, including salads are all contributing to damp accumulation in a big way.

Some major lifestyle adjustments are certainly necessary.

Based on the most prevalent symptoms for years like that achey tug in my right rib solar plexus area, and occasional aches near the sides, and all other mentioned, what Qi Gong exercises or points would ypu reccomend?

I can do the research my self but I really respect your professional expertise here.

In my biased opinion perhaps through observing your efforts, I feel you should be elevated to some kind of status for your efforts to help people with the deeper forms of natural medicine.

Both you and HP Shannon are doing a great thing here, and the same goes for Taol, but I enjoy your thouroughness.

Anyway, Ill pay more mind to obvious choices. Such as less water unless necessary on hot or exerting days, a ton less processed salty items, and the others. I think the estimate for healthy water intake is half your weight converted to an ounce per pound, or in my case from 90-100 ounces, not a Gallon wich is well over tyat mark in days Im barely doing much.

Is black coffee a good thing for my particular issue since I see it is for vascular optimization? Id assume the purest unprocessed coaco beans or raw coaco is superior than the cheap mr coffee cuplets lol. I rarely drink coffee but have been drinking it in afternoons to give me a boost of lightness, flow I guess.

Centralforce, opinion on masturbatory habits?  Effects on the soul and physiology etc.?

I was going to answer your question on coffee but I havent had the time or space to lay down books, and it might take a couple of days before I have the space, cant say in advance.

Coffee is a diuretic and thus can help remove excess fluid from the body. This doesn't mean however that you should drink 5 cups per day. 1 cup of fresh filtered black coffee on an empty stomach is sufficient.

As for qi Gong, the Ba Duan Jin is a set of eight exercises which regulates all body systems, when done daily for any length of time. They are also easy to learn and it only takes a few minutes per exercise.

Acupuncture points to massage include:

- stomach 40 fenglong
- ren 12 zhongwan
- Liver 14 qimen
- colon 4 Hegu
- Du 20 Bai Hui

2 times per day, 1 minute each point on each side of the body, except ren 12 and Du 20 which are midline points.

The locations for these can easily be found online.

Ejaculation, like any physiological function, uses yang qi to some degree.

It also moves fluid and essence out of the lower burner, which is good to remove damp and stagnation.

Excessive practice without complementary cultivation, like any other excessive bodily function uses Yang qi and expels essence. If a person tends toward excessive damp and stasis, then they are likely to be able to do this more with a net beneficial effect in removing the damp and stasis.

A person who is deficient is more likely to require far less and to suffer more from excessive ejaculation however most people under 50 years old wouldn't even notice.

Essence that is retained (not ejaculated) and in the presence of a well functioning and clear flowing meridian system can be transformed into clear blood in the liver but persons who have major liver stasis or fluid stagnation are more inclined to benefit from the draining nature of ejaculation than holding onto the yin essence.

THANK YOU!!!!! I highly appreciate all your advice. Ill come back at a much later date if any symptoms develop but I think you gave me plenty to work with.

By the way, Centralforce, what is your opinion on this series?

https://bookstore.qigongmedicine.com/pr ... physiology

The Amazon reviews suggest this is for advanced practitioners and is very thorough.

I have the PDF of the older version of this series which is not that different in composition, revisions aside.

Would you or anyone like me to email the PDF?

Seriously though, I need to know how one deals with mouth health.

My teeth are transparent yellowish and brushing and flossing etc barely do shit.

Also, my lower wisdom teeth are actually impacted and Im on a month and a half wait because the dental surgeon is booked.

So Im going to be annoyed with these pains with little control regardless of what food I do or don't eat.

I have clove oil, it only works on exposed teeth not a tooth hidden under the gums pushing on my second molar, it just wont do anything.

Any advice? For pain relief or the sort?

I void meditated on it recently with moderate success but after the day went by and exercising I just decided to pop the pain advil, which only works sometimes.

Those stupid commercials only make those special things for those who smoke or drink a lot of black tea.
Inside your tooth there is something that is yellowbrownish in color. It is soft and rubbery like and .. People dont know what it is.

When I was youger my uncle did an experiment with a cats tooth and a glass of cola. 2 days I believe he said was how long the tooth was sitting there and he showed me too what was left k
Of it. The inside, the outer layer, with calcium and such was completely gone.

Okay. So your problem appears to be lack of calcium in your teeth, either through bad eating habits or lack of correct minerals, like magnesium or vitamine K or K2 I think? There are some others that are necessary as well.

Alright, flushing with chamomile tea could help when youre getting teeth. Unless you have an allergy to aspirine you could also try willow leaves, chew on them in example.

And you could try breathing whitegold healing light into it.

If someone else has other ideas they are welcome too.

Kidney Essence flows up to nourish the teeth.

This process requires an uninhibited flow of energy in the body.

Damp accumulation blocks the flow of the vital substances and thus the teeth are not nourished.

If the damp accumulation is removed, the oral health should improve.

Thank you both again, and what about jaw popping, with occasional aches when over exerted?  The popping itself doesnt really hurt but it gradually developed over these last few years.  Also damp accumulation obstructing?  Or is it something deeper?

I doubt I have any sort of arthritis but between most of the body popping, my left thumb having a tad less range of motion with pain if forced in that direction, and my muscles and tendons having erratic pains like they have mini tears despite not over working them much.  Im really wondering how my Saturn in Pisces affects this.  Which is in my 6th or 7th house.  Sorry, I am repeating things at this point to clarify.

I weightlifted a lot in the recent past fyi, heavy weights in many cases but nothing too out of my league.  I did it for years.

If you deal with the damp, it will improve blood circulation.

Blood supply and circulation to local tissues is required for the proper nourishment and lubrication of the sinews.

Once the damp is removed, there may be underlying blood deficiency which needs to be addressed however attempting to rectify this in the presence of overt damp will cause the dampness to become worse, particularly if done by herbal medicine.

So, what could be the cause of things like frequently itchy or dry eyes (usually from poor sleeping happens, but I also sleep with a fan)?
Also, the whole excess warmth at night and the effects of chlorinated water Im pretty sure are contributing to imbalanced skin like this red scaly rashy stuff on my face near the nose and such?
