So Today...

I was meditating then all of a sudden i began to feel light headed and my right side went really cold,I didn't know if i was just imagining it or if there was maybe a presence so i asked it to hold my hand then i felt a cold breeze on my hand but before i meditated i was a little down,Is this maybe my demon letting me know he's here for me?

Also when when i finished i felt really weak and my side was still really cold but my fore head was really warm.

Any ideas of what this is?

more than likely it is your demon manifesting itself. What I think you should do is try to work on your psychic senses and try to observe this better and if it is your demon attempt communication.
