I just tried this whildst reading at my computer chair.
It was incredible, it hurt badly, like a burning pain, but it was so
amazing, i didnt manage to complete it all but i got up to my throat
chakra but i didnt procede because my third eye i dont think is open
enough, and i doubted the others were either. That was a good thing,
really boosted confidence im my meditation ability.
