Single and Twin serpent meditatiin or vibration?

Do you guys think that vibrating is much more effective at empowering the chakra extensions or the single and twin serpent med is?

I spin all my chakra extensions by visualization and breathing. I personally find it more effective and speedy in empowering than vibrations.

I use vibrations for the main middle chakras.

I have found that vibrations, esp. Kabbalistic languages like sanskrit, futhark, and some others are very powerful. My chakras are empowered fairly easily with vibrations. For instance i was empowering my solar plexus chakra today with vibrations from one of the kabbalistic languages I work with and it became very hot, and I had a very strong feeling there for some time after. I have first hand experirnce that a person performing kabbalah properly can simply use the vibrations and there workings can come close, match, or even surpass meditations. However, it can require some preparation and training, so I reccommend both but also training in each. I have performed the twin meditation beforre and found it is usually grants better results than othee meditations if the person has prior training, preferably what could be called intermediate level. I reccommend kabbala vibrations from either runes, sanskrit, or other known gentile sacred languages with enough power like tibetan, as these can grant just as much power as the meditations if done properly. In the hands of a ready person, even more power.

I think Saul is the gothic version and bot as powerful as Laum when empowerin the base chakra.
