Srimad Bhdgavatam 10.34.17 says, 'O Acyuta,anyone who chants Your name purifies all who hear his chanting, as well ashimself. One who chants the holy name to himself liberates himself only, butone who chants the Lord's name loudly liberates anyone who hears him.
