should I be exaggerating with these meditation plans?

I am planning to do a mega cleansing in my soul, aura and chakras, (Main and Extensions.)

I want to clean the crown chakra for 90 days, I move on to the sixth chakra and do the same thing and so on, after all the cleaning I go to the strengthening phase and continue with this for a lifetime, this will take 12 years , should I be exaggerating?
