I'm curious- what kind of spells and magic could be used to this effect? I know that merging conciousness is the start of Shape Shifting, and it could be useful for someone working to change their sex.

But, what else is there? And where can you go to find more reliable information on Shape Shifting? It's only mentioned in Merging Conciousness to my knowledge.

And is it really only possible on the astral?
