Sex vs love

I've been doing a lot of reading on the chakras and I was wondering what is better for growth and empowering them. Sexual energy or love energy? It's definitely easier to invoke sexual energy then to think of love and direct it. Let me know what your opinion is on this and the actual facts.

i dont think there is a thing as love energy ... ??? when you use your orgasm you are using your LIFEFORCE which is extremely powerful , i would def go with orgasm 100% everytime all the time , if love energy had an empowering purpose for chakras it would have been mentioned but im guessing its just really really week to invoke and circulate in your chakras you are better off invoking elements and rotating them or condencing your CHI or pineal secretion and circulating it etc ,,,, but you need to work up for chi and pineal secretion , the lifeforce is so easy to work with and is extremely powerful
