Sex vs love

I've been doing a lot of reading on the chakras and I was wondering what is better for growth and empowering them. Sexual energy or love energy? It's definitely easier to invoke sexual energy then to think of love and direct it. Let me know what your opinion is on this and the actual facts.

The best way of empowering the chakras is by vibrating words of power. Like runes for starters, that is the safest way if you are new or aren't that experienced yet.
Sanskrit is the most powerful of chant, and should only be done if you are experienced enough as it can be totally overwhelming!

And of course, sex energy is excellent when directed to a specific chakra!
