Severing Enemy Psychic Links

Tell me if I am doing this right. I visualize on the astral me putting my hand ( with blue energy ) around the red tube, I pull it off and burn it with fire.

Now - am I suppose to physically (says on vovimbaghie.com) to actually do it physically, but no description, do it?

Have you opened your hand chakras? I'm sure once you've got your hands down thats the best way to do it, I've done it and it works. But you can work around it and get rid of it regardless, blue flames energy knives severing, astral temple or trance. Few minutes of focus, no big deal, how did your way work for you?

You are doing it correctly. You can make the physical action with your hand too for help with visualisation and focus if you like too, its completely up to you. Just keep repeating every session untill they are severed. And it also dosn't hurt to do it now and again every once in a while, incase the connections have creeped back in at all.
