severe headache

yesterday after meditating to open channels clairaudience I got a bad headache is this normal considering it was the first time I did and I have not opened?

Yes it is normal.given that some of the clairaudience points transverse the brain region.when they are being activated,they will trigger a reaction in both your physical,astral and mental body.that is what you are percieving as headache.

I've heard of that a lot. I get the headaches sometimes,too. I don't think it's anything you need to fear,though as you're opening chakras that you've probably never worked with before.
