Sermon on Self-Reliance
Satanism is all about our completing the work Satan was prevented from finishing, that of the human ascent to the godhead. We cannot advance or progress upon this path if we do not apply ourselves to daily power meditation. Satan wants for us to be a force of our own. As I have stated so many times before, when we are new, Demons help us out with the things we need, but as we progress, what we can do on our own, we need to do ourselves. We are Hell’s Army. Hell’s Army cannot stand strong when people are forever trying to summon Demons for help in things they can do themselves. Satan wants self-reliance for us. We must be our own force in fighting the enemy and of course tending to our own needs and personal desires. Next time you intend to ask Satan and his Demons for help, ask yourself first- is this something I can accomplish on my own? I find just a few minutes of power meditation a day is sufficient for me to obtain my goals. Power meditation does not have to be boring. We can increase our powers through focusing upon something we desire, repeatedly. We can listen to music when we meditate. The Runic Kabalah I recently added can help when we are tired. Vibrating a specific rune will keep us awake should we be tired when meditating. Vibration is also an excellent means to increase power when feeling depleted. Satan and his Demons are here to help us at all levels, provided what we need is beyond our present capabilities. When something is within our power, we are expected to obtain it for ourselves. This is how we advance and grow. I am also finding the strength of our own aura is very important in dealing with others. Negative energy projected against a powerful aura will only rebound right back to the sender. One whose aura is powerful doesn’t even have to do anything. The aura is a natural protector, spiritually.

I agree totally.

SATAN shows us that we are his children, he lights the way at first,
but we have to walk the path alone and fear equals failure here.

That is why the power meditations are so important to do.

We are to empower ourselves now, we are not helpless anymore.
It takes time for the energy to build up,
and I know music has also helped me a lot with my power meditations.

Yeah, lots of what you said makes sense to me. I like to meditate a few times a day, usually when I wake up I clean my aura and chakra, again before a sleep. During the hours of the planet on their day I usually meditate on that chakra. On the contrary though, I also find working with a Demon can have great results and be extremely useful. At one point maybe three years ago, I was having trouble with opening some chakra points. So I summoned Astaroth in ritual and asked for their assistance, Astarte has always been very kind to me and at the time actually did something I don't understand how it worked, but was able to open my temple chakra for me. I was actually just sitting there in meditative trance and felt Ishtar's presence and suddenly my temple chakra began opening up.

Basically I agree with what your saying, but also know through my own experiences that sometimes the best way to advance in spirituality is through working with a guide. As long as your not just relying on someone else all the time and you take some knowledge away from the experience that in turns helps you grow on your own.

I try to be self reliant. At the same time though, I know I've relied on Satan and Astaroth, along with many others, often maybe even too much. They don't seem to mind though, I never have a problem contacting them during ritual and have always had pleasing and kind experiences with demons. Lately maybe I've been relying on them even more so, just working with kundalini meditation and exterior chakra, I don't know much about those things and when dealing with the soul and spiritual alchemy I don't want to make mistakes so I ask for assistance when I feel I need it.

Sorry if I'm rambling.. lol. I tend to do that often, just my personality I suppose.

Just one last thing.

I completely agree with what Maxine is saying about self improvement and reliance. It's important in spirituality to be able to do things for yourself. Demon's can guide and help you, but if your don't help yourself and practice yourself and learn for yourself, you can't do anything for yourself. Satanism is about knowing and improving ones self, if your going to ask for guidance or assistance, it's vital that you take as much knowledge from that experience as possible. Learn from your guides and take what they teach you into your own workings, apply this knowledge for yourself and expand upon what your already know.
