Ok, it seems that there is confusion regarding reincarnation. As a theology graduate of Durham University and a four year long dedicated spiritual satanist, I will explain the concept of reincarnation as best I can.
Reincarnation is the process by which a soul leaves a body upon death and is reborn again in another body. The physical body itself is just a shell for the soul, and death and rebirth is just like taking a set of clothes off and putting another set on.
There are many beliefs regarding the body in which a soul is reborn into. The most popular believed concept today is that of karma. A lot of good karma means reincarnating into a higher form whereas a lot of bad karma means reincarnating into a lesser form. However, karma is just a judeo/xian concept designed to keep control over the population. In reality, karma does not exist.
The belief which I hold is that a soul is reborn into whatever body Father Satan feels you need to be born into, if at all. As He states in the Al-Jilwah:
"None shall live in this world longer than the time set by me; and if I so desire, I send a person a second or third time into this world or into some other by the transmigration of souls."
This implies that a person has very little control over who or what they reincarnate as. That decision is up to Father alone. You may not even be reincarnated on this planet. You may be reborn on another planet somewhere in the outerim.
However, this lack of control does not mean that we have absolutely no power over the quality of our next life. Although the decision is Father's, our ability to be reborn into higher or lesser forms of life is dependant upon the strength of our soul. If Father wanted us to be reborn into a higher form of life (which, may I add, He wants for all His children) but we had an extremely weak soul, becoming a more advanced lifeform would be spiritually impossible. Our soul could not handle it.
So, in a way, we have limited power over our next life. If we strengthen our soul during this life, which we can do through power meditations, Father will be able to advance us in the next life. If we do not, and the xians don't, we may well end up not even being reborn at all. We may find ourselves floating endlessly on the Astral Plain. Meditation is food for the soul. And just as the body whithers and dies if it is not fed, so the soul does the same if we do not meditate on a regular basis.
So in conclusion, we have limited control over our next life as the decision is Father Satan's, but we can help ourselves. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Your sermon really brought it home.

Also, I'd like to add that if don't meditate, when you die you'll end up in the lower astral planes. This has to do with the low spiritual vibrations of the soul due to its low bioelectricity.

From what i've seen, the place looks like a destroyed/drained replica of ur immediate environment. It is always evening/nite and is usually inhabited by murdered criminals and hostile human spirits.
