Seeing with the third eye

How do I see with my third eye and what is the experience like?

Some times you can feel it very strong feeling of pressure even if your not working on it my experience is I feel pressure a bit between my eyes or at forehead I feel like swelling I can see black energy, white gold light without visualizing anything but just focusing on it when I breathe energy into it I feel some pain on ma head I can even freeze....you know try this meditation visualizing brilliant energy covering your head inside and out, on top and infront then visualize energy coming infront of you entering your third eye keep drawing energy into your third eye and do some breathe....it works that's what I always do sometimes when am in trance in my mind asking myself what meditation to do.....

It's easier to do meditations that requires you visualize, like aura cleansing.

Active third eye makes it easier to visualize almost anything without being distracted, I easily visualize brilliant white gold energy the moment I close my eyes, shinning very brightly and I do with it what I want. You can also use the third eye for other stuffs, not just for seeing Demons or energy lol, My own experience.
