I know that we work with the 7 main chakras, 3rd eye, and pineal gland for development.

But my question is I'm currently doing 3 vibrations per chakra/organ. I'm gonna bump it up to 7.

My questions are:

1. Do we have to perform an affirmation after pumping into the chakra? (My affirmation is: My X chakra is now forever empowered in a safe, healthy, happy, and positive way for me).

Are affirmations necessary or when we focus and feed the chakra it doesn't matter because the mantra is already affixed to work on that chakra?

2. Is 7 too low? I know that is fine for beginners and while I'm not a beginner I've never really worked on my chakras for long. Currently it's probably the longest I've worked on them, even though I feel nothing and haven't noticed any differences.

3. In the future do we REALLY have to spend hours of our time working on chakras. One of my concerns is eventually at some point I HAVE to do high or ultra-high reps to blast into chakras. Can the basic 7 or slightly higher amount work over time to eventually open up the chakra?

4. What exactly is the end goal with chakra work? Is it simply open it up and keep it at a state whereby the chakra is eating on it's own. Whereby future chakra work isn't a matter of activating and opening up but rather outright raw power. Exacly what is end game for a lower level person?

5. Should I even be messing with chakras if I can't void nor trance. That first one isn't entirely true I can void for maybe a second-two seconds. But it's natural void the natural silent minded everyone experiences. I've never for the life of me been able to to void nor trance. And I'm concerned working with the chakra is just gonna drive me to insanity, if it's true what they say that opening a chakra increases the internal bio-electrical and thought properties since it's a spectrum of reality.

I really can't for the life of me void if your wondering. I've tried I've even read certain other websites about mindfulness and even delved a bit into buddhist websites describing alternative ways people can be mindful ignoring any buddhist spiel. But I just can't for the life of me consider myself able to void any longer than a natural level of thought suspension we can experience. If anything the other day and it's been happening to me. I try and mindful for 15-20 minutes and all I want to do is go to sleep. It's like mindful shows me how tired my mind, body, and soul is and I just want to sleep several more hours.

What can I say I'm a thinker and I like thinking. I know I'm not gonna lose the ability to think or imagine but deep down inside the factor of void or mindful is very confusing for me and I don't think I'm really into meditation. If anything I just do everything half-assed and it doesn't interest me to fix it. I simply do the meditations it works, it works, it doesn't work well whatever moving on, next day.

Should I be concerned about inability to void my mind and trance when it comes to meditation? I don't want to spend weeks or months doing meditations only to discover because I lack void and trance that my meditations don't do anything. Or if they do something they increase the soul but only to a limit which can't be broken without void and trance.

Is void and trance mandatory for development? I know void is for thought suppression but what about my other issue trance?

1. Not really but that is a great way to go about it. Keep it short and simple, like, 'My X chakra is safely empowered'. Don't bother with long affirmations unless you're cleaning as the seed mantras themselves already do empower the chakras.
2.7 is decent. Keep at it.

3. Not necessarily. Ideally, one's GD should guide them on how much time to spend working on a chakra.

4. Each chakra rules over very many things. Take the solar for example. Rules over wealth. Having it strong can make you attract wealth more easily. It also rules the will and this will make one's magic more powerful when this chakra is stronger. The abilities, body parts, areas of life etc. ruled by a chakra all benefit when the chakra is worked on. Empowering the sixth chakra for example can help better the eyesight for people with eyesight problems.

5. At your level chakra activity can't bring drastic effects that require a well trained mind. Just keep vibrating seed mantras into them. Alternatively, you can try HP HC's 40 day meditation program.

For void meditation, I usually apply the dhyani mudra and it works very well.

There is this technique I learned many years ago, where you imagine a huge truck driving into your mind. Pack everything in your mind into the carrier on the truck, all the thoughts, images, background music, everything until your mind is black and blank. Then visualize the truck driving away. Now focus on the emptiness and try to forget about the truck.

I am also a big time thinker, the Gemini type, but I managed to learn to quieten my mind after some time through void meditation. Nowadays I can do it in mere seconds and stay that way for a good number of minutes, even entering a trance in the process. It's very doable.
