I was raised in a Christian house hold, and fervently believed in the bible and what it taught my entire life up to about 5 or 6 months ago. It was weird, I went to bed one night believing what I always had, and the following morning, it was like blinders had been taken off my mind and heart, and I saw christianity for what it truly is; complete and utter bullshit.
I started looking into various belief systems, and came across the JoS website, read some of the articles, and joined this group. I want to believe, but after spending my whole life believing in a false god, I am not in a hurry to dedicate myself to any one thing again, not without proof anyways.
I am just trying to make sense things in my life. I have had too many personal experiences to not know there is a spiritual realm. If you guys could maybe share with me how you came to believe in what you do and why, I would greatly appreciate it. I really am just looking for answers.
