I've got a very active and busy mind. Lately, I've been having difficulty concentrating/ visualizing. Should I remove some of the power meditations in favor of concentration exercises? I have no problem feeling the effects of some meditations, but I feel that concentrating is my biggest weak point. Also I didn't really take the time to truly master some of the beginner meditations and skipped to the intermediate/advanced stuff. Not to sure what I should do. Sometimes, especially of late, my meditation sessions are either perfect or shit, leaning more towards the latter.

Beginner meditations and openings efficient towards establishing a steady grasp on controlling and feeling the energy make no mistake.. patience.. Such exercises such as flame meditation, void/power void, and the all exalted trance states are excellent factors in a meditation program to amplify your concentration and calm the physiology that normally interferes with the right brain function. To augment your abilities you must not only (Catch) the conceptual meditations but also (Grasp) them. Patience and Consistency are the attributes needed.

Time is merely a perception of organization, in truth there is no such actual force which coordinates this flow, there is only Eternal flow....
