Saturn square while retrograde

What might be a good rune to use for this? Ing, Thurisaz even?

Could any of the Gods help me with this? I've been nervous in the past about summoning, I summoned Buer to help me stop doing drugs and he caused the drugs to cause damage to my skin on contact and I didn't stop so I felt like I might have looked stupid or made him mad. I have at this point got months sober, though.
