Satanists in the news

So Satanists have been making a lot of headlines out there lately, between the Oklahoma statue of Baphomet and the school pamphlets in Florida, I was thinking it might be a good idea for us all to hash out exactly what all the different kinds of Satanism are, what each group believes, how we're all different, things like that. I know I've tried to look up and research all the different groups (LaVeyans, Luciferians, Atheistic Satanists, and others) but I just seem to be getting mixed answers. Of course Joy of Satan is where it's at, but I know it would help me out a lot, and maybe others too, to know just what the other groups believe. That way when people ask "Are you one of those satanists that believes/does XYZ?" I can tell them who they are thinking of and explain the difference between the groups.

I didn't really see the headlines about those two stories. I did just Google them and found them. But if they are able to place a statue of the 10 Commandments, then they should be able to place a statue of Baphomet there as well. Putting xian statues in one place and denying Satanic statues just doesn't make sense. I've read the Fox News article (Why did I do that? Fox News (or should I say "Fox jews") is an unreliable source) and it says just shit about the statue and us Satanists, who are the true believers. Fuck Fox News you know?
But anyway, if that statue gets erected, that'd be freakin' awesome.
Hail Satan! Hail Byleth!
