Anyone can achieve this with the correct mental state and spiritual practice.

However this video is clearly a hoax. It has the generic storyline of "walking in the middle of nowhere and 'happen apon' something strange". This was simply a video showing off the guy's After Effects skills, which honestly can be looked up in a tutorial.
