Satanama meditation

Has anyone used the Satanama meditation like the Raum meditation.? Vibrate the Sa Ta Na Ma on chakras 1 to 4, then do it again from chakras 4 to 7.? Also from the front, right, back, left, sides. Sa Ta Na Ma .? I will be working on this to see the effects. Satanama is said to be the most sacred mantra in Kunalini Yoga.

I have tried the RAUM meditation with SaTaNaMa, SaTaNaMa is very powerful, but I didn't do the RAUM meditation normally enough time to perceive the differences between the two. Make sure to program that energy to do something, like to empower your soul.

Hey Afodo , can I vibrate RAUM for 13 times then say an affirmation like "This energy has permanently advanced my soul in the best & positive way for me" if yes for what else can I program the RAUM energy for if I vibrate it for each chakra ?

The reason I am asking this is because after I finish my Yoga Exercises I vibrate Satanama 3x and affirmate "This exercise has permanently advanced my soul in the best way for me"
