I also want to add something, some people said "well I got tired all day so I can't do meditations after that". That's actually a reason to DO meditations!!Not joking. Since you got tired working all day, time to enjoy and relax yourself and clear all your worries by doing power meditations!!That's another way to make it fun, view it as a reward for your efforts. The same way as you do a fun activity, yes, power meditation IS a fun and relaxing activity.

And i want to add that when i missed my meditations some time ago. I felt like i have disappointed Father Satan. This is true. Now i do all my meditations and i feel my bond is getting stronger.  And try to do some spiritual warfare as well.

I had a dream about meditating and raising energy for Father Satan's return to earth and a voice spoke "Elevate urself, my son".

Its very encouraging for me, Brian. This shows clearly that we have a very Loving and Caring God. We shouldn't let Our Father Satan to be disappointed from Us by skipping Power Meditations or Yoga. However,if do we skip only cuz of some specific real reasons/problems,that's ok then. BUT, I don't think that there is any real reason or problem exists or will ever come up because of what we would skip doing Power Meditations. Anyway, Thanks for posting this,Brother!

Tell me about it...
Basially You and Firestarter described all my problems with meditations: in almost a year time I have skipped maybe one, when suffering form a monster hangover BUT... meditating and all other workings I do (squares and obstacle removing meditations using rune Thurisaz) still feel like a labour, a chore I have to do, even though I'm perfectly aware of the fact I do all this for my own good.
I think I'm more like indifferent: it's not like I want to skip but I don't really want to do them either... Something is seriously wrong with my motivation here; maybe that's why my progress is virtually none - if things will continue this way, there's no way to even think about rising the Serpent, completing Magnum Opus - just out of the question.
I have no idea where exactly is the problem. Maybe it is the motivation and nothing else (I have always had motivation problems). Or maybe there's no problem and things just go their own way and all is fine.
And that forcing thing... I try to just relax and "let the meditation flow" as I've read somewhere. But because I'm unable to relax (enetring trance is way beyond my abilities) and basically stay more or less tense, things don't flow - there's always forcing involved. Or thinking that I should feel this or that or something else. And that ruins everything.
As far as relaxing go, just wanted to add to the above, that I'm chrinically, and I think I can even say genetically, unable to do that. either I'm fully awake and more or less tense or alseep and unconscious.
And that's all there is to it. So all the exercises and meditations I do, I do them in a normal or slightly quieted down state of mind.

It's not athletics, but they forget that and they try to force themselves to feel or see something instead of relaxing and letting the images come naturally or creating the images yourself in a natural and relaxed way.   |

Before becoming SS I had an interesting experience. I was laying down trying to fall asleep. Having trouble, I began running through a meditation set I was working with at the time. About halfway through the set, I heard (seemingly physically) in a corner of the room by the door & up near the ceiling a man's voice. It shocked me quite a bit as my husband was asleep next to me in the bed and we had no neighbors in the apartment next door and we have no room mates. Anyway, the voice said "Don't listen to them." When probed for clarification, no answer came. This happened nearly a year ago. Come to think of it now, at that time we were under the belief that the Pleadians were benevolent beings so it could have been Satan or even a demon warning me. Makes sense that they would know I was going to find this path even before I was aware of it's existence.

Brother it sounds to me like your soul is still fighting the meditations.We have to get to the point where we are not fighting doing them.I am getting there,but honestly not there yet either. I still have our hard time finding enjoyment in my Yoga and power meditations too.But I still make myself go do them anyway.Once I have started doing them,then I do enjoy them.But its closing the lap top,and shutting the TV off,and making myself go do them still at this point.But one thing that I have grown past,is believing that they are not important.Because all of us who have been doing them for a few years now know,that you feel empty if you don't,and spiritually powerful when you do.

Basially You and Firestarter described all my problems with meditations: in almost a year time I have skipped maybe one, when suffering form a monster hangover BUT... meditating and all other workings I do (squares and obstacle removing meditations using rune Thurisaz) still feel like a labour, a chore I have to do, even though I'm perfectly aware of the fact I do all this for my own good.
I think I'm more like indifferent: it's not like I want to skip but I don't really want to do them either... Something is seriously wrong with my motivation here; maybe that's why my progress is virtually none - if things will continue this way, there's no way to even think about rising the Serpent, completing Magnum Opus - just out of the question.
I have no idea where exactly is the problem. Maybe it is the motivation and nothing else (I have always had motivation problems). Or maybe there's no problem and things just go their own way and all is fine.
And that forcing thing... I try to just relax and "let the meditation flow" as I've read somewhere. But because I'm unable to relax (enetring trance is way beyond my abilities) and basically stay more or less tense, things don't flow - there's always forcing involved. Or thinking that I should feel this or that or something else. And that ruins everything.
As far as relaxing go, just wanted to add to the above, that I'm chrinically, and I think I can even say genetically, unable to do that. either I'm fully awake and more or less tense or alseep and unconscious.
And that's all there is to it. So all the exercises and meditations I do, I do them in a normal or slightly quieted down state of mind.

i really never had a prromblem with this because i know it needed to be done, but something that helps me and makes me want to do them is the awards i give myself if i did everything i needed and wanted to do. the award can be anything, and it doesnt have to be a gift to yourself. like my one award was cleaning the shower. that was the reward i gave myself because it was dirty. i know this sounds like bull, but after i clean the shower/tub, ate my dinner and then i got in the shower, i was sooo happy because the whole thing was white and it smelt good. a reward can be anythin. another thing i do is when i am done with yoga or a meditation, i congradulate myself, and when i do this i will gold or blue energy to me to feel it affects. it is really good, and it shows you how strong you are. another thing in helping you want to do moe of yoga and meditation, is the results. i can now stand on one leg with better ease than before, and i can finally cross my legs, without them hurting. so i am geeting better, and when you notice your acheivememnts and congradulate yourself, and reward yourself, trust me, you will want to do more. meditation is not a chore, nor what we do, just have fun with it. turn some music on, the tv, or just feel your energy in each stretch.

Heh, then there's the two of us.
I actually got used to the routine but, as You worte, I still have to make myself move my arse and go do what I need to do. It's also true that after a mediataion I feel better, quieter and my mind is clearer but somehow, I am not paying attention to that effect... And after a while it passes.
I also know that if I let myself skip a day, then that day may easily turn into another and another and before I know it, I've stopped doing anything at all. So I keep my vigil, so to speak. Learned from my past, at least in this case.
Not sure about my soul but I'm sure that my body is still against "doing nothing". Darn, sitting/lying still, trying to relax is such a hard work... Not to mention the ideas of an undisciplined mind.

I actually got used to the routine but, as You worte, I still have to make myself move my arse and go do what I need to do. It's also true that after a mediataion I feel better, quieter and my mind is clearer but somehow, I am not paying attention to that effect... And after a while it passes.
I also know that if I let myself skip a day, then that day may easily turn into another and another and before I know it, I've stopped doing anything at all. So I keep my vigil, so to speak. Learned from my past, at least in this case.
Not sure about my soul but I'm sure that my body is still against "doing nothing". Darn, sitting/lying still, trying to relax is such a hard work... Not to mention the ideas of an undisciplined mind.

  Brother it sounds to me like your soul is still fighting the meditations.We have to get to the point where we are not fighting doing them.I am getting there,but honestly not there yet either. I still have our hard time finding enjoyment in my Yoga and power meditations too.But I still make myself go do them anyway.Once I have started doing them,then I do enjoy them.But its closing the lap top,and shutting the TV off,and making myself go do them still at this point.But one thing that I have grown past,is believing that they are not important.Because all of us who have been doing them for a few years now know,that you feel empty if you don't,and spiritually powerful when you do.

Basially You and Firestarter described all my problems with meditations: in almost a year time I have skipped maybe one, when suffering form a monster hangover BUT... meditating and all other workings I do (squares and obstacle removing meditations using rune Thurisaz) still feel like a labour, a chore I have to do, even though I'm perfectly aware of the fact I do all this for my own good.
I think I'm more like indifferent: it's not like I want to skip but I don't really want to do them either... Something is seriously wrong with my motivation here; maybe that's why my progress is virtually none - if things will continue this way, there's no way to even think about rising the Serpent, completing Magnum Opus - just out of the question.
I have no idea where exactly is the problem. Maybe it is the motivation and nothing else (I have always had motivation problems). Or maybe there's no problem and things just go their own way and all is fine.
And that forcing thing... I try to just relax and "let the meditation flow" as I've read somewhere. But because I'm unable to relax (enetring trance is way beyond my abilities) and basically stay more or less tense, things don't flow - there's always forcing involved. Or thinking that I should feel this or that or something else. And that ruins everything.
As far as relaxing go, just wanted to add to the above, that I'm chrinically, and I think I can even say genetically, unable to do that. either I'm fully awake and more or less tense or alseep and unconscious.
And that's all there is to it. So all the exercises and meditations I do, I do them in a normal or slightly quieted down state of mind.

  The main problem is that people forget meditation is SUPPOSED to be relaxing. It's not athletics, but they forget that and they try to force themselves to feel or see something instead of relaxing and letting the images come naturally or creating the images yourself in a natural and relaxed way.   |

  I also want to add something, some people said "well I got tired all day so I can't do meditations after that". That's actually a reason to DO meditations!!Not joking. Since you got tired working all day, time to enjoy and relax yourself and clear all your worries by doing power meditations!!That's another way to make it fun, view it as a reward for your efforts. The same way as you do a fun activity, yes, power meditation IS a fun and relaxing activity.

Some people misunderstand the purpose of yoga and other things like I said. All these spiritual exercises are done for our own good and personal advancement. It's more motivating and pleasurable to think of them this way. Obviously if somebody views spiritual exercises as a chore done to please Satan they won't keep doing them for long enough, or he WILL do them but will not receive their benefit as they'll do them in a half-hearted way. The key here is to enjoy them, to do them because you like doing them. Thinking this way will also make yoga and power meditations harder and almost impossible to miss.

<td val[/IMG]One thing have noticed each time I miss my morning meditations I feel tired throughout the day and I normally have a bad day. Each time I do them before sleeping I have a more restless and peaceful night. I do them when waking up in the morning I have a very pleasant relaxing day no matter how many activities I do in a day,I just feel more confident and stronger. Power meditation is a key to health living and reaching Godhead. We can only thank Father Satan for them as we enjoy them. Hail Lord Satan the only true God
