Satan Bound?

Hi All,

When I first ran across JOS a number of months ago I noticed that the website referred to Satan and other Pagan Gods being "bound." The Bible also makes reference to this in Revelations where it describes Satan as being bound and and then released after 1000 years to "...deceive the nations once more...". Revelations says after this time Satan will be bound and tossed into the lake of fire, which is alegorical.

What does this mean? How and by whom was Satan bound? How will he be released? How did the authors of the bible know he was bound?

BTW I am in no way endorsing the bible...simply noticing the similar commentary.

Just a follow-up on this post since no responses are shown. Can anyone at JOS explain what the website means when it talks about our gods being "bound up?" How was satan bound and how will he be released?

The bible is billchit and plagiarized, so you shouldn't quote it. Jehova doesn't exist. Satan wasn't bound, the goetic Demons and others were bound but were freed in 2002-2003. They are free now, you shouldn't worry about it. It does mention this on JoS front page:

"The Demons who were bound and compelled to do the bidding of the sorcerers are now free and anyone using the nine-foot circle methods and "Jehova" names is inviting personal disaster."
