Too many people apply Christian principles to Satanism. One does not "pray" to Satan or our Gods for this and that.


Satan is the giver of knowledge. He gives us knowledge on how we can obtain our desires using our own mind and power. When we do this, our minds and souls become much more powerful. We then obtain what we need.


I have worked very, very hard for Satan and the Powers of Hell for over 16 years now. I only ask Satan or Lilith (She has worked directly with me for the past several years), when there is something I can't accomplish on my own. I would never, ever bother them for trivial concerns. Never.


I respect them. I know they are extremely busy. I am grateful beyond words for the knowledge they have given me and they have rewarded me for my years of work in many different ways.


Satanism is about learning and empowering yourself so you can take care of your own needs.


Christians pray and weakly rely upon some nonexistent spook to take care of everything and to control their lives. If the spook is unresponsive, too bad. Many Christians pray for years and years and get no response. Also, the spook doesn't always pan out the way the Christian wants the earnest prayer answered. Many even wind up dead relying on the spook.


Satan gives us the knowledge, the words of power and meditation techniques so we can take control of our own lives.


Satanism is NOT Christianity and should never be approached in Christian ways.

Thank you so much for this post HP Maxine, you are to be respected for this.
I am an ex xtian and yes, I am guilty of relying on Satan for breathing, everything I am, sometimes in the xtian way.  I do however agree with you and have been battling with this for the past year, actually.  In the last week this has however been top of mind.  In South Africa, we have affirmative action and for a white person to find a job is above a miracle (miracle in human terms).  I am relying and trusting in Satan at the moment for a job.  I am writing this post to support yours but also to bring a point home that I caught in part of your post when you said that He does help us when we quite simply do not have the energy to do it yourself.  I do believe that He has a special and personal relationship with each of us.  In my case He does (details private), however, at this point in the game, I am spiritually low on energy with my heart chakra is in "salve" or healing as he calls it.  He and Lilith is stepping in strongly at the moment in my life because the once, spiritually strong, is now in need of help.  They do however expect me to deliver when they help, its like  - we do this and you do your part, like go to the interview and shine and bloody apply your mind to the job market because they are quite simply not going to read the job boards for you or do the bloody work when you get the job.
Can you advise me here spiritually here, I am drained and even though my crown chakra is very open alongside all my astral senses, I am at a loss with regards to energy.  Some background:  I went through the loss of my partner and my mother in the past 3 years and the diagnoses of HIV qand a whole lot of private stuff that I want to keep confidential.  I also have epilepsy which makes it difficult to meditate.  What can you advise for me to do, even if it is like learning to walk again like a baby, type thing?
