sacral chackra

i did the sacral chackra by folding my hands as directed,dropping my chin on my chest and contract my anus only when exhaling and taking my chin from my chest and relaxing my anus when inhaling,was that correct?and is the sacral chakra located at the same place with sola plexus chakra?please i just want to know since it was not all that directed.

You can perform the exercise again if you feel you need to. No, the sacral chakra is below the solar plexus chakra.

Idk, if you did the meditation correctly.. But I do know that the sacral chakra is the one above the base chakra. HAIL FATHER SATAN!!

Yes you did the meditation correctly, study the location of where the sacral chakra is by use of the diagrams given in an earlier post; then if you still having trouble feeling it, I found it helpful when I was new to touch the area before I started the meditation as a focus area.  Once your sacral chakra is fully open you will be able to feel the difference between your chakras with out even trying. Hail Satan!
