Runic Vibration Clarification

As we all know, the Futhark is an alphabet, and each rune was used to represent a particular letter. Piercing straight to the point, I just wanted to double check, clarify, and FINALIZE if vibrating the letter a rune represented (Algiz is to "Z" while Mannaz is to "M", and so on) was equally as effective as vibrating the entire rune name.

I doubt it (one letter being as effective).

Each letter has different energies to it.
