Can I use runes to program myself to have conscious dreams?

Instead of only looking at runes, I would advice you to seek cleaning and empowerment of the upper chakras, and to do Introspective Meditation every day as it really helps with the goal of remembrance.

When you go to sleep stay focused on wanting to become conscious in your dreams. This should be the thought you fall asleep with. A strong desire is important.
