I'm sharing Michael William Denney's work here for anyone looking for free quality resources on energy work/qigong, runes, magick, etc.
I've been working with his material for several years now and have found it to be quite powerful. Many of the exercises he teaches are simple yet potent and I've found them to be very empowering and healing.
He's also brought forth new discoveries concerning the Runes corresponding them to the 8-sided star/9 worlds/Helm of Awe that is rather profound.
I've gained a lot from working with these materials and so I share them here. These teachings and resources are for beginners to advanced, anyone can do it.
