What is the best rune combination for making someone fear you, and be easily dominated by you?

Also what is the best combo for dealing physical pain and damage ?

For the first work vibrate Thurisaz and Fehu 40 times and use the following affirmation 9 times "(Name of person) fears me and is easily controlled by me in a safe and healthy way for me."

As for the second, I'm not sure what exactly you want, if it's going to stop feeling pain permanently, it should be possible, but certainly not in a healthy way, but if it's to inflict pain on someone else, Hagalaz will be great.
