A real tit-for-tat cyber war with Russia is actually much dumber than those suicidal sanctions they were threatening.

America is a whole lot more digitized in terms of its most basic infrastructure than Russia is. Like, by orders of magnitude more digitized.

If they took down RT, then you can guarantee they did a whole lot more than that at the same time.

There is no way to win this kind of a battle, and it is going to turn into an ultra disaster.

Kicking it off by taking down Russia’s flagship English website, which they view rightly as their main line to inform the West about why they are doing what they are doing, is really just a totally wild move.

I didn’t expect that.

This is what happens when your country is run by geriatrics.

I guess RT will be back online quickly. It’s heavily funded and it’s not really that hard to get a site back online.

But Putin has said that he isn’t even doing tit-for-tat, and will respond asymmetrically to attacks.

So an asymmetrical cyber attack could be… very bad.

Now ,if a Cyberattack on major US cities occur (Done by the Deep State) the US Government can just come out and say The Russians did it . But no one actually knows who did it.

You'd think that state level organisation would have more capabilities and resources to pull off something else, like social engineering and zero day exploits rather than basement dweller level type of attack such as DDoS.
