Restrictions on mastrubation?

Hey,
as the title already states, I was wondering if there are restrictions to how often you are allowed (or how often it is recommended to) mastrubate. I recently read in a topic that someone said it would be bad to do it every day and that you should do it twice a week maximum. From my point of view I thought you should do it as often as you are comfortable, but I would like to hear your opinion on this.

It depends on the person. I know some people who masturbate only once every month or less. I know of others who do it daily, and have for months. There is nothing unhealthy about it, just do it if you want, and don't if you don't want to

No, it's your choice whether or not you want to do it. Everyone is allowed to follow the dictates of their own nature. I don't know what topic you're talking about, but it is not bad to do it everyday, twice a day or whatever amount your body needs, we're all individual.

Thanks alot for clearing me up on that topic, guys. I have been exploring the Incubi/Succubi stuff on the joy of satan website and it gets better every day, thats why I asked since someone posted that it would only be allowed twice a week. Happy to hear that this was bullshit
