Restarting a square

If i was doing a square and then I decide to restarting another square the day after, is that a problem and i should wait one day or it's alright?

I would wait another day especially if your using the same Mantra (spiritual or material) it likely doesn't matter if your using a different one.

If your using the same one restarting a square the next day would just continue with the working your already doing.

Restarting? ''Restart''ing a square is only going to ruin it.

And if you start a square along another, energies are most likely to be twisted and even if both of them are completed, they may manifest differently or weakly.
