Yes. Just be wary of some of the reiki teachings, in that they are a little corrupt.
The idea that you allow the universe to heal the patient and you are just a conduit is just another attack on our spiritual power and a way to make reiki practitioners feel worthless as practitioners. Also anything to do with loving your patient etc. Having to ask permission to heal and other such nonsense is all garbage.
The Satanic Healing page on the Joy of Satan website is by far a stronger and more effective method than any reiki practice because it remains intact without corruption and includes all of the necessary self care methods such as ensuring your energy is at a suitable level to be used for healing.
Even Chinese tui na is less corrupted than the reiki teachings and the vibrating method of tui na basically equates to Satanic Healing, just described in a different way and minus the aura cleansing that must follow every treatment without fail to avoid taking your patients disease into yourself.
