Regarding the Magickal Squares (I forgot to add something!)

If we empower our chakras by doing the squares, will the results be permanent even without saying an affirmation? (when we do the squares for spiritual purpose we do not say affirmations, right? so will the results be permanent in our chakras being strong?)
