Regarding meditation

Hello, I had this feeling two days ago while I was meditating at night. My program was flame meditation, aura cleaning, aura of protection and then I began doing astral projection meditation, the first one that is in jos meditation page. I didn't project, I merely was opening my chackras with my imaginary hands and drawing energy from the root chakra to the crown and then focusing on draining energy from the root to the heart chakra. I was then having some visual impact with different scenes, which I was trying to manipulate and create forms. I stopped after few minutes since I didn't want to go any further. After I was done however I felt really strange and I began being scared after everymove and seeing something in the shadows, my heart was pumping etc etc. So I have one question about that and the other is, what were this forms?
