Anyone has an alternative to?
I have seen what's around however when comes to what I seen I haven't found one that's well balanced or healthy sense alot goes in most of what I seen.

The milk not sure if it's because it's cold or what but in a cereal bowl it has hard time passing by.

Someone told me in past that as getting older milk becomes harder to break in the body, so only recommended for children.
Any more info on that?

Healthwise, I'm nor sure what to recommend as I have heard all kinds of things about everything. Like Soy milk. Some say it mimics estrogen in the body...
But I can make a recommendation about milk alternative taste, but its pretty much a brand. Silk is the only brand I could tolerate for taste. I don't know what they do differently, besides that they're refrigerated, but it is like night and day. They make almond milk if you don't like the idea of soy.
Coconut milk is my favorite milk alternative. The So Coconut brand is decent too. There's rice, hemp, and cashew milks. Personally never cared much for them.

Yeah I seen those. Don't really give me much from I already know.

Guess no cereal or cereal with water hahaha... Not very tasty.

Anyways thanks.

Get milk of goat, llama or buffalo or of Indian breed cow. Indian breed cow milk is called A2 and is much healthier tho mot as good in taste and texture as compared to A1 milk. Change in cow breed does change milk quality and taste. So try that.

Milk is hard to digest. I remember getting more acne when i used to have milk. It turns out that i need 100ml or less at a time. 200ml at time is hard to digest. I used to have Buffalo milk during those times as cow milk in India has fats removed and my family makes butter from milk as well so it becomes useless and only fit for direct drinking without making yoghurt or butter.

I had tried the goat milk and I still had hard time. But easier then cow even though I can get cow milk fresh cold but fresh lol.

Honestly I never heard of having llama or Buffalo milk not something I can get here either.
However I will watch it for it see if the store will have it one day.

Will have to google Indian breed cow milk.

Never thought of grades either that all new A2 or A1
For me.

Thanks for the info.

The farmers market I get milk form still has the fat which can be used for butter or cheese.

Thanks though will keep eye out.
