really weird dreaming episodes

once and a while if my sleep pattern gets a little messed up I get what I call a "dreaming episode" basically I'll have like anywhere from 2-10 dreams all in a row without waking up. Close to the end of the episode I realize that I'm in a dream and try to wake up. I'm in my bed paralyzed struggling to open my eyes and wake up but I'm not able to. It happened a few nights ago and I was at the paralysis part but I was in my old house so that whole part is also a dream. It's almost like a lucid dream where I realize I'm stuck dreaming but I can't control the dream. This seems to happen if something wakes me up when I'm dreaming and I then fall back asleep. It also only happens between 3am and 8am and lasts 5-15 minutes. is this good or bad? if anyone's got any info on this I'd like to hear it.

Its fine, dont worry about it. Often when my sleep pattern is disrupted I too experience sleep paralysis along with excessive dreaming. Sleep paralyisis can be used as a percursor state to astral projection. Just try and relax when your in a state of sleep paralysis. If it gets too much just try and wiggle your toes, and you should regain control of your body.

I wouldn't worry too much about the hag. I've seen wierd things during sleep paralysis, different entities, shifiting ones, shadow beings and so forth. Really intense auditory dreaming too. It's like I'm wide awake in my bed and can see around my room, can't move and all I can hear is really loud chatter going on all over the place. That freaked me out the most, I thought I was going mad.

In my opinion the so called hag and other entities I've seen are actualy thought forms, put in place to scare people into thinking sleep paralysis is a negative thing. As I mentioned before sleep paralysis is an ideal state to perform astral projection from. Use it to your advantage, don't be afraid and just go with it.

All experiences should be learned from. Treat your dreaming episodes like this and you should learn a great deal.

I saw a show about the hag and it is not a good thing. I think it was a
show called ghostly encounters. It is good your friend has a way to keep
her at bay.
