Is your kundalini awakened? I sort of understand what you are going through, because at times I sometimes feel that way too. I suspect it's my serpent expanding my mental aura, which gives things a spacey feel or at times, dream-like quality to the thing we do on the physical realm.
What are your thoughts on this?

I have some sort of a
problem, Anything I do,
anything I did feels like a dream, like I did it but I
didn't feel it, it's hard to explain but
I'll
try.I feel like the things I did, lets say..
went to the restroom , feels like I didn't do it, i
mean, I did do it, but I feel like I wasn't really
doing
it. Example, Right now I'm at work, Just sitting
on my chair in the office, I don't feel like I'm
really at work, I feel like it's some sort of an
illusion and I'm in a dream, I feel like my mind is
somewhere eles, but my body is here at work.
Nothing feels real to me, it upsets me so much,
I feel empty right now.Sorry if its hard to
understsand.Anybody knows what makes me feel like
that?
