Thanks to Brian and Lydia for the welcome. I had a few adventures (astral) while i was away. I learned my guardian demom is Lord Foras. I was given his name in a deep meditation session. I asked Father at the start to introduce me to my GD. The name Foras was the very first thought as i came out. I had never heard of him. So i called to him and invited him to visit me any time he can. I had a dream of him that night. He works with crystals and thatis of one of my obsessions. We seem well matched. I was away too long but there was stuff i had to deal with. The last of the programming to get out of my head. I am better now. I still cant control my astral projection but i am closer that ever to step out conscious controlled astral projection. I am still doing my power meditation (my own version) .
