In step (3) ... on the page of "Your Products"... look amongst the products
in this page whether the "Web History" button exists... it probably
shouldn't exist in your situation

Just a follow-up on google Web History...
You can afterwards delete the service once and for all from your account...
1) when you are logged on your google account on the top right click on
your
account name
2) click account
3) click on the left the Products link
4) click on the edit link right next to the "Your Procucts"
5) there are the used products... you click "Remove Web History
Permanently"
...
6) there's a confirmation checkbox... you check it and it's removed prem
anently
