The above should suffice. I also recommend doing some research on the
experiments of Doctor Masaru Emoto, Jans Henny, and anything else to that
effect. Remember, read like a Spiritual Satanist. I have tried the tone
colors, and Cymatics. Though, I have yet to try the Nikola Tesla
information. I also recommend using our God's names as mantras to aid you
in finding out more information. I have used Isis and her other aliases as
mantras, as well as Hermes to aid me in my research and it led me to all of
the above.

The above seems to be the original foundation for the Cabbala,
Meditations, and others.

Another text I found, which I recently found out to be a source for Franz
Bardon's System, which is of Ancient Egyptian and Zorastrian Origin is A
