like the other meditation, it just came to me, and works quite

aly down, but that's just me. Now visualize your physical body in a
sort of dark place (generally space) now when you see your physical
body, acknowledge your astral body, i generally see it as a see
through thing, almost like..... when you have a drawing, than you draw
lines that are like this "- - - -" showing that it's there, but it's
"see through" know what i mean? After you realize that and truly
acknowledge it's existance (and don't just visualize it, make it
happen) i start to "travel" to my 6th chakra, as that is the seat of
the soul, it's more in the specific spot of the pineal gland, but the
general area of the 6th chakra is good aswell. when you travel into
it, you access your soul, so it's not like you're astral projecting
out of your astral body, it's more so your conscious moving around and
not your astral body. So you go into it, whenever i access it, i enter
a black ball of energy, (looks like space, once again) if you're good
enough at it, and have had practise with it like me, you'll literally
see random thoughts going around in your head that haven't taken
action, or aren't going to. So now that you're in here, i acknowledge
my spirit now and my higher self (being the spirit and personality i
had before i became tainted on this earth) in two seperate forms, like
the black ball is you now, and right above it is this silvery/white
ball of energy (being your higher self) they're pressed up against
each other, but not actually together (which seems to be why we do not
think smarter) you can use your own type of meditation to connect the
two and "mix" them together, but this is serious, and a major
advancement and i would only suggest it after you've ascended your
kundalini because there's no telling what kind of energy and knowledge
you would have after that. So now that you see the white orb you can
literally go into it, access it (it's all kind of like a harddrive on
a computor) and when you're in there, if you're sensetive enough to
thoughts you can once again see thoughts, but of course in a much more
intelligent form (this being your higher self) and you can go through,
find out anything you wish to know.I hope this helps people
