Man, there are audios for every Ritual. Listen to them and mimic them. That's it.
You can go through the schedule how many times you wish. To save time, if you're doing the Communications Ritual for example, instead of vibrating the paragraph 9 times, you can vibrate it in multiple of 9 (18 times, 27 times, 36 times and so on), then state the affirmations 9 times.
