Hello all. I'm finding that when I try past life regressions or merging consciousness with animals and humans, it all seems to be going fairly easy, and that's the problem. I'm wondering if my mind is just making everything up as I'm going along?
And now that I'm doing them, knowing what I'm doing, I'm remembering that I kind of did these when I was a kid, but without knowing what I was doing, and just 'pretending' I was psychic and trying to fool my little brother. I've been told many times in my life that I have an overactive imagination, but maybe I'm *not* imagining all of these? Maybe I'm quite skilled at this, but since it seems so easy, I'm convincing myself it's just my imagination. So then of couse I lose my concentration trying to figure this out, or I get out of the meditation convinced it's not actually real.
Thoughts?
