Hatha yoga (already mentioned), qi gong, tai chi, bagua xiang, all of the internal martial arts.

Also, anything that strengthens the body strengthens the soul.

Running/jogging is excellent. Not only the best aerobic exercise, but I noted the discipline of running and finishing the miles you set for yourself; this affects your mind in that it gives the mindset to finish things, which is so important in life.

I’m not sure if I’m ready for martial arts as of yet, but I will work on getting up to speed (somewhat literally).

I have to ease into running, since doing it right now makes my lungs hurt (and it tastes like my lungs are bleeding). Walking is good, but I haven’t been doing much of it lately.
